Your Path to Better Breathing
and Health Starts Here
At Breathe EZ Myo, the basic foundation of health begins with how a person breathes and how muscles work. Our method involves using breath awareness and myofunctional therapy to treat problems such as sleep apnea, snoring, bruxism, and airway obstruction. Whether you are an athlete, a person with anxiety, or a parent of a child with ADD/ADHD or tongue-tied, our holistic and individualized approach ensures that we get to the root of the problem and give you the tools for a successful life.
Our staff is comprised of experienced therapists who work on how you can overcome your current dysfunctional behavior and develop new behaviors. By changing your breathing patterns and enhancing the functionality of facial muscles, we assist you in sleeping better, thinking better, and living without pain. It should be noted that when you call Breathe EZ Myo, you will receive therapy sessions that provide a clear path to improved health quality. This approach speaks to the client’s long-term care and our commitment to your overall health.
About Me
Leslie Scott is a dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, craniosacral therapist, and breath coach with over 16 years of experience in health and functional care.
Her work focuses on a foundational yet often overlooked aspect of health: how we breathe and how the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue function together. Leslie has found that many common concerns—such as mouth breathing, tongue thrust, jaw discomfort, and poor sleep—are not isolated issues, but the result of underlying patterns that can be retrained and improved over time.
Her interest in this field was shaped by her own health journey. Through working to correct her own breathing and oral function, Leslie experienced firsthand the impact these changes can have—not only on dental health, but on overall well-being. This perspective continues to guide her patient-centered approach today.
Leslie integrates myofunctional therapy, craniosacral therapy, and breathing techniques, including Buteyko, to support improved breathing patterns, sleep quality, and overall function.
She works with both children and adults, tailoring care to meet each individual’s needs and goals.
She holds degrees in Biology, Art, and Biotechnology, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene, and has completed advanced training across multiple disciplines.
Leslie is also a graduate of The Breathe Institute’s MYO Masterminds program, where she further developed her integrative approach to airway and functional health.
Outside of her clinical work, Leslie values creativity and movement. She enjoys painting, customizing sneakers, creating balloon art, traveling, and staying active through daily movement and breathwork. She lives with her family and two dogs.
At the core of her work is a simple belief: when you improve how you breathe and function, you create a foundation for better health in every part of life.
